I’m a community chef with a love for ecology—and an even bigger love for connecting people with the wild world of food. My passion? Sharing the story from earth to gut, honoring the role of the farmers, the (micro)organisms, and the land that brings every ingredient to life. I cook with nothing but organic produce and often over a fire, letting the natural flavors and crackling flames work their magic.
I love getting people together in the kitchen (or around the fire!) because when we cook together, we connect in ways that make the food taste even better. And it doesn’t stop there—I’m big on nurturing the gut, too! Fermentation is my secret sauce, bringing flavor, health, and a bit of spark to everything I make.
